- Set of adjustable Dumbells of 24Kg each (from 2kg to 24kg each)
- An adjustable bench that include legs exos
- A barbell
- Weights:
8 x 7.5kg
6 x 5kg
4 x 2.5kg
- Traction rod, pullup rod, n few others (new and in very good conditions) to be given along
Note that the Bowflex Dumbells were bought for QAR 1999
